Allowing Yourself to Be the Best Possible Version of Yourself That You Can Be, Through Impeccable Living ...
Resource Level Guide: Two- The Human Level

Further to my recent post upon Authentic Impeccable Compassion (AIC), I want to discuss an expanded version of that position by presenting the proposition of Impeccable Living, which takes AIC to a new level.
Past Conditioning
We all have a past, and our human personalities are all conditioned by that past. That past, for most of us, if not all, has mostly been a difficult and challenging one, at least in parts. Maybe it has been full of ups and downs, highs and lows, losses and gains, contractions and expansions. This seems to be the way of the Human world. Our conditioning determines the nature of our outlook on life. In general, but not always, the more demanding our conditioning, the more negative our outlook on life. Negative, in this instance means, the tendency to adopt a more defended approach to our interaction with life.
In my article what is your true essence nature, I discussed that each of us has an overarching identity within all of us, which is forever enlightened, constantly in a state of grace, continuously heart-centred, and compassionate. It is our experience of the world, its cruelties, its indifference, its selfishness, its victimisation, which has conditioned our Human personalities, our Ego’s, into its current form.
Essence Nature
Our essence nature was always there, always watching, always in a state of beingness. It is our human personality in each incarnation, which has suffered the ignoble conditioning of an earthly life. I make these statements to emphasise the distinction between the two identities that we all have. On the one hand, we have a Human personality conditioned to live in this imperfect, relative, challenging environment. On the other hand, we have an eternal, unchanging observer, far below (or above if you like) the surface of our Human personality, just being. In my previous article upon our essence nature, I described how we can trace our way back to the experience and solemnity of being in our essence nature, today’s blog examines how we can live a life that begins to close the gap between the two identities spoken of above.
"A secret to life: Know that none of this matters, and yet... live as if every single moment does." - Kamal Ravikant
The New Age
Whatever you have heard about the characteristics of the new age, which is upon us, the central feature of this new 'epoque' will be the recognition of our own essence nature. The second understanding will be that we all share the same essence nature. And when we begin to live life from these understandings, then we begin to live what I call the impeccable life. Because of the recognition that we share that consciousness, the 'long winter of our discontent' will begin to draw to a close, as the guilt, fear and shame of our isolation slowly recedes from our systems.
The Inward and Outward Paths
Of course, it takes a while to establish oneself in the rootedness of our essence nature. It takes the daily practice of contemplation, or meditation, tracing our way back to our essence nature which is the ground of our shared being. This is known as the inward path. Once we have established ourselves in our essence nature, however briefly, then we can begin to take the outward path back into 'doing and moving' through the external world. Experiencing our essence nature is not a 'bells and whistles' experience, it is beyond experience. Meditation is not something that we do, meditation is something that we are. On the inward path of meditation, we close our eyes; on the outward path of meditation, we open our eyes. Yet, in the outward path we recognise that we are that in which all external experience appears. The experience is us, and not something that happens to us.
"Open your eyes, look within. Are you satisfied with the life you're living?" - Bob Marley
Impeccable living is a process, a way of living, a practice, which asks us to not only recognise our shared consciousness, but to begin to act entirely from that understanding.
Impeccable living requests us to drop inside, and meet all the feelings that are coming up, and to slowly trace our way to our essence nature, and allow those negative feelings bit by bit, to slowly dissolve into our essence nature, or what is sometimes called the Presence.
Impeccable living asks us to examine all of our unconscious behaviours, limiting beliefs, negative patterns, which prohibit and inhibit living life from a place of love, compassion, non-judgement, acceptance, abundance, peace, tranquility, compassion, and radical gratitude for all that we have.
Impeccable living is asking us to stop complaining about what we don’t have, why the other person is treating us so badly, why nothing works out for me, and why am I feeling so low today. When we gripe and complain, and rail against the circumstances of our life, we are overlooking our true essence nature, and missing the opportunity to heal and grow.
Impeccable living knows that we are always safe, reminding us that life is always working out for us.
Impeccable living knows that the negative experiences we encounter, are just catalyst, designed to help us grow and evolve towards the deeper recognition of our connectedness to our deepest self.
Impeccable living asks us to relax into the flow of life, surfing the ups, and downs, from a place of groundedness in recognition of our own centredness.
Impeccable living recognises that when there is an annoyance in the outside world, which disturbs our peace, causing flickers of anger and frustration to arise within us, then it is the knowing that it is a test of our own stability, our own tolerance. Examine the flickers, examine their source, examine the human meaning, and then let them go. Do not let the world disturb your hallowed ground of being. And if that raging feeling of annoyance, overcomes, you take the inward path, and bring that annoyance to the Presence. Let them sit together, let the Presence diminish its importance, until you are suffused with peace and tranquility.
Impeccable living invites us to give up our attachments to that which fragments us, and maintains our isolation, our indifference, our victimhood.
Impeccable living:
is the bright firmament of your heart breaking open, allowing love to flow ...
is the glorious gift of your compassion to all ...
is the torrent of appreciation and gratitude for all life which shines out like a beacon from you, allowing all to be as it is...
is a tsunami of acceptance of how others are, knowing they have their stories and reasons for being as they are ...
is an array of rainbows of non-judgement spreading out of from you in all directions...
is your gesture of kindness to all, shining continuously out of you like the Sun without fail ...
is always holding others in the highest and greatest regard, like the gift of Mother Earth, always here, always surrounding us, always supporting us ...
is the universal realisation that we are all one, all connected, intertwined and entangled ...
is the smallest of actions, undertaken with the intent of giving unconditionally, unreservedly in open hearted gentleness and empathy...
is the cultivation of your sovereign self, which stands tall, bending in the wind of change, bowing to all other sovereign beings, working in collaboration to build the New World ...
"There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle." Albert Einstein
As you give, so you shall you receive. As you serve, so shall you be served. As you soften to the external world, so shall the external world soften onto you. As you practice impeccable living, your heart will open, and in return, you shall receive all that you desire and need. When we can let go of the shame, fear and guilt, then we invite ourselves into deep connection with ourselves and the world. When we can forgive ourselves, then we can forgive the world for its actions against us. It all starts with you, for you are everything…
