Introduction

Many believe there exists a covert organisation called the Cabal, a dark secret body, which controls the world’s economies, manipulates and directs the media and creates negative circumstances or events to suit its own hidden agenda. In accordance with this view, they apparently own the industrial military complex and is responsible for the enslavement of humanity. In short, they run the world for their own twisted, corrupt, self-appointed interest! This group can be seen as representatives of the Dark Force, whose ultimate iconic leaders are Satin, Lucifer, or more commonly, the devil.

This perspective has been extended, into the Kosmos at large, by suggesting that the earthly Cabal, answers to an off-world dark alien interest, which is an even more insidious and all powerful, corrupt Galactic body. Moreover, the alien backed Cabal have always been at work on planet Earth, right from the beginning of civilisation (whenever that was). They are seen as the eternal puppeteers, working in the dark recesses, controlling and directing. We are the unwitting pawns, unaware that we are being controlled, misdirected, manipulated and deceived.

Others say that this perspective is paranoia. Shit just happens, and any idea that there is an organised society orchestrating it, is just irresponsible and ludicrous fear mongering.

Before making up our minds one way or another, let me propose a scenario that might shed some light (or darkness) upon the situation. I spent a long time looking at conspiracy theories of every type, across a broad range of instances, throughout history. It led me to conclude that the Cabal represents a universal force at work in the Kosmos.

I believe that a high percentage of us, would conclude that secret societies have been and are at work, within our world (i.e., Freemasonry, private men’s clubs, the illuminati, etc). But for many the idea that a single ruling elite, which controls the planet is a step too far.

Hierarchies (top-down, pyramidal rule) of all types are a central feature that proliferate our world, from families, criminal fraternities and corporatocracy, to local and national government, to the military and international economic conglomerations. So why is the suggestion that a single top-level, global hierarchy, the so called ‘1 percenter’s’, which controls the world, so abhorrent to so many. I suspect that the central issue, is that none of us want to believe that we are under the control of an unelected elite, with a private agenda, whose supposed goal is world domination, which we are unwittingly colluding in. We would much rather blame it upon poor management, bad luck and chaos, than face a fundamental truth about ourselves and the Kosmos. I propose that the Cabal represents the Dark Forces at work in ourselves, humanity and the Kosmos at large, as this article will attempt to explain.

The Dark and Light Forces

dark forces

“You don't know the power of the dark side! I must obey my master.” - Darth Vader

There are two opposing and paradoxically complementary forces (the principal dualism) at work within Wholeness (All that IS/Oneness/Creation), which fluxes back and forth, dancing in perpetuity. In essence they are one and the same thing. The relationship between the two, is the fundamental driving force of Creation. Quintessentially, they can be characterised as the force of unity and the force of separation (attraction and repelling). These forces can be expressed dualistically in many ways: good and bad, positive and negative, freedom and repression, perfection and imperfection, expansion and contraction, revelation and concealment, separation and unity, in and out, creation and destruction, the known and the unknown, the conscious and the unconscious. In other words, one force has a tendency to become whole, complete and integrated. The other has a propensity to become divided into many parts that are inclined to remain independent and have a proclivity to undermine the whole (Self-destructive).

For the sake of simplicity, we can summarise these forces as the Force of Light and the Force of Darkness. Because we live in Wholeness, we cannot have the light without the dark, for both serve Wholeness. For both forces are the creative play of Divinity (Wholeness).

Paradise & Hell: Imagine a reality without the Dark Force. For all intents and purposes, it would be paradise, for nothing negative would ever happen. It would be perfect and unchanging. If it were impeccable, there would be no need for evolution, growth and change – some may find that boring and stilted. Others might exclaim that it would be a desirable state of affairs to exist within – a world at peace, without strife or conflict.

However, without these two forces jostling in juxtaposition to one another, the diversity and stability of Creation would not exist. The balance between the two is a precarious affair, working out at an unseen Universal level. The Dark Force provides the drama, the foil, the opportunity, the thrill – in opposition, it is the driving impetus to push back against. For in the great Cosmic Play, which in some cultures is called Leela, Wholeness cloaks itself in the self-sacrifice (making sacred) of division, creating the multifarious complexity of the objective Kosmos. It becomes the manifest and diverse Kosmos, only to become Whole again, in the eternal dance of Creation.

Creation & Destruction: Of the cast of the many versions of the light & dark, in this divine tragicomedy, two principal players are Creation (light) and Destruction (Dark) – that which creates, builds and extends structure and that which tears it down, dispersing it to make way for the new Creative cycle. The Dark Force is always trying to break things down, to inject chaos, to separate things into their constituent parts. Autumn and winter are the Destructive, spring and summer are the Creative. Birth is Creative – death is Destructive. Consider that our present sun, the planets and all the elements that we use so widely today on Earth, were created in the Super Nova of an earlier sun. Without Destruction, none of us and all our marvellous technology, would be here today.

The Holon and the Holarchy: Another player of the Dark Force is the assertion of Wholeness to become a Holon, which are parts of the Whole or Holarchy, which are wholes within themselves. These Holons, either individually or in groups, exert their independence from the Whole. In its most potent or pure aspect, the Holon desires to expand itself to become or subvert the Whole through appropriation of other Holons by force. On Earth this has led to the plethora of wars, including the attempt on at least two occasions, to control the entire World.

These Holons do this because they do not trust the intentions, actions or beliefs of other groups of Holons (groups, gangs, organisations and countries) - it is ultimately an act of self-preservation of the Holon itself. Systematic genocide is the extension of the protection of the self-Holon, expanded out into the collective group (larger Holon). These Holons rule by despotism, fear, differentiation, dissolution and top-down control. These Holons represent everything that is not light: hate, fear, loathing, domination and evil.

The most insidious member of the group, the one that will do just about anything to gain singular control of it, desires to become the Emperor/King/Principle of Darkness. In this sense it is a top-down hierarchy, where there is a desire to be the supreme leader that directs and controls all families, groups, nations, worlds, galaxies and ultimately the universe. This is the archetypal nemesis, Satan, Lucifer, the Archons. The Light Force player is the complete opposite, it desires inclusiveness, unity, wholeness, mutual collaboration, growth and evolution.

Materialism and the Unknown: The Dark Force can also be seen as the proclivity of the Universe to move towards a more materialistic, contracted, or lower vibratory state. Whereas the Light Force is a propensity to move towards, non-physical, higher vibratory, less contracted states. The Dark Force is also that which has yet to arise or become manifest. It is the antidote to determinism, which is stale, boring and repetitive. The Dark Force is the unknown, the indeterminate, and the uncertain and one could say the path to the manifestation of infinite potential

Summary: There is a story about the Prince of Light and the Prince of Darkness duelling on a spiral staircase, the former above and the latter below. The spiral staircase represents the evolution of consciousness, the development of the universe, the revelation of the unknown. Without the duel, the Prince of Light remains stuck at the bottom, fumbling in ineptitude and inertia. The Prince of Darkness is his antagonist, the demon within, the shadow in his psyche, the thorn in his side. Overcoming the Prince of Darkness is the unification of the self, which finds Wholeness. The Prince of Darkness parries, stabs, nicks and forces the Prince of Light up the staircase, slowly disappearing before the Prince of Light’s eyes, until they reach the top, whereby they unite into one.

Temet Nosce – Know Thyself

"Hell is empty and all the devils are here." ~ William Shakespeare
Dark Forces

Having established the dynamic nature of the fundamental forces at work in the Kosmos, let us now explore ourselves.

The Unconscious: In general, each of our psyches is typically composed of conscious (light) and unconscious (dark) elements, at a ratio of 5:95, respectively. Therefore, we are predominately driven by our unknown biases and cognitive dissonances arising from our conditioning. Moreover, within each of us lurk dark autonomous complexes which arose through the schism of unprocessed trauma, which we have no control over, that step forward at times of extreme stress, grabbing the limelight and running amok. The question is do we really know ourselves? Are we really in control of ourselves?

The Separate-Self: Whether we are aware of it or not, each of us is a Holon, a holographic representation of the whole, existing in the Great Nested Holarchy of Creation. However, most people on Earth at present have been grossly affected by a level of consciousness (LOC) known as Rationality (3-D thinking). This level of thinking is responsible for the full precipitation of what is known as the Separate-Self. The use of the specific term ‘Separate-Self,’ indicates that the person holding that LOCs primary assertion, is that they are separate, from other individuals, from nature and other objects, from Wholeness. They are isolated! Objectivity is their primary mode of perception, where they see the Kosmos as a collection of disparate objects, with no underlying or primal connection. Most importantly, they reject the idea as stated above, that we exist in a state of connection within an infinite Kosmos of Wholeness. Because it only knows objectivity (separate disconnected objects), it only seeks for its longings and desires in objects, always wanting more and more to fulfil its insatiable appetite. I want to propose that each individual (Holon) is driven by two primary principles.

First Principle: We feel that we are separate, disconnected and vulnerable (the Dark Force). Yet, each of us wants to live in Wholeness, to be complete, to be fully integrated, not just with ourselves, but with everything and everybody (Light Force). The issue is that (in general) we do not feel whole; we do not feel that we fully belong - we do feel separate. At a fundamental level this disturbs us profoundly. This lack can be a big part of the motivation that causes us to seek a partner, a family, to belong to a community, a corporation, to be patriotic, to adopt certain beliefs. We seek relationships, substances and activities, to fill the aching lack of Wholeness. We want to be happy, but all the things we seek never fulfil us, so we move onto the next thing.

Second Principle: Because we feel separate and unsupported, we want to feel 100% safe, in a world that is always changing, where we cannot completely rely upon anything and anybody. Most of us, to some degree, feel forsaken, abandoned, unworthy, betrayed and lost. Therefore, we feel that we need to protect ourselves at any cost, first from the outside world, and secondly from the feelings that it engenders within us. We want to take control, to build a metaphorical fortress around us, to halt the tide of chaos and danger from enveloping us. We do this physically, emotionally, psychologically and intellectually.

The greater the insecurity, the greater the need to protect the self. This is represented by the following diagram, detailing the continuum of the self, either towards self or towards others:

Fundamentally, the greater the insecurity, the more that we need others, or the more that we have to push our own agenda into the world. Some of us are more successful at doing this than others. Either way, to a lesser or greater degree, it necessitates pushing our energy out into the world; an action we believe prevents all the unruliness, bizarreness and uncertainty, from dominating, controlling and overwhelming us. Generally, the more we push-out against the world, the more we believe that we are able to dominate it, and the safer we consider we will be. One could say there is a direct correlation between the force of our personality and the success or stability we achieve in the world. To feel safe, we feel we must control, dominate, and manipulate the world of separate objects, including people, which we also perceive as objects. This is the shadow at work within us all. The compunction to dissociate, to sabotage, to negate, to destroy.

Summary: As we saw in the first section, the Kosmos has two opposing and paradoxically complementary forces at work within it; the Light Force and the Dark Force. We as constituent Holons of Creation are driven by the same imperatives; first we want to belong, to feel whole, to know ourselves completely. Secondly, because we also feel separate and we do not want to feel our negative feelings arising from that insecurity, we are strongly driven by the need protect ourselves at all costs, to ensure that we survive as separate objects.

We Are All the Cabal

dark forces

“As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul…” ― Hermes Trismegistus

Let us use the hermetic principle quoted above. This is another fundamental principle of Creation, which is the proposition that it is self-similar at all levels or holographic. Basically, I want to propose that the Dark Force works at every level within Creation, from the great expanse of the physical Kosmos to the Human Race, to each one of us. Every level is a Holon, which is a whole that exists inside of a greater Holon, distributed in the great Nested Holarchy of Creation. The Cabal represents the Dark Force working in the collective of Humanity, which is but a reflection of that working within each of us.

The Spectrum of the Self: Now I know that seems like a leap but bear with me. I am not saying that each one of us is a Cabalist - only that, we are a part of the Whole and therefore contain within us the potential to be the enshadowed behaviours of such. As discussed earlier, the Separate-Self, believes that is essential to protect itself, to a greater or lesser degree. As represented in the diagram above, each of us is on the Continuum of the Self. At the more extreme end of the spectrum, there are human types who are pathological narcissists, emotional manipulators, whose egos are totally orientated towards self-preservation, entitlement, self-absorption and self-centredness. These types are unable and unmotivated to love, respect and care for others. They are consumed with fulfilling their own needs, with no intention of reciprocating to others. They have great difficulty in exhibiting empathy, or unconditional positive regard or love towards others. The extreme cases are sociopaths and psychopaths (individuals suffering from chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behaviour). In essence this is the personification of the Dark Force. The Cabal is just a collective term for the group of human types, who are more orientated towards pathological narcissism.

The Ruling Elite: Now, imagine that you are a member of the 0.1% of the world’s richest individuals – the entitled, ruling elite. To establish yourself in this club, you will most likely be in the extreme service to self, pathological narcissistic category. The amassing of great wealth usually (but not always) involves the exploitation, suppression and domination of others, in one way or another. I posit that the attainment of great wealth is the disguise that the pathological narcissists wear to protect themselves, making themselves feel secure and in control. The bigger the bank account, the higher the walls around them, the more toys they can play with, the more depraved the sexual experiences they can have, are typical signs of the insecure, unhealthy Separate-Self, placing itself in the centre or at the top.

In one form or another, driven by the Dark Force, the Cabal has been at work in all communities, groups, organisations, countries and nations, since the birth of Mankind. It became especially prevalent when City States arose within the Agrarian age, at the founding of Civilisation. Whenever populations rapidly increase and are forced together in smaller spaces, the need to control the populous by a dispassionate, self-interested, ruling elite, increases. That elite in general, desires subservience, through manipulation, fear and exploitation. It also wishes to spread its influence, to overcome competing groups. This accounts for the expansion of empires by war and occupation, as demonstrated by human history.

That is not to say that that they have had it all their own way. The Light Force in opposition during that period, has been responsible for all the positive attributes of compassion, love, creativity, collaboration and sacrifice displayed by the human spirt during that period.

The Global Dark Holon: In the most extreme case, these individuals will conglomerate into a global dark Holon (The Cabal), whose raison d'etre is the control and domination of the World. This exists at both a physical level and the Shadow, within the collective psyche. Because it is a top-down hierarchy, at any one time, one family and one individual within that family, will control this Holon. As Gandalf states in the Lord of the Rings: “There is only one Lord of the Ring, and he does not share power.” This will happen at higher and higher levels in the Great Nested Holarchy as well.

Summary & Conclusion

“The golden age is before us, not behind us.” - William Shakespeare
dark forces

There are two opposing and paradoxically complementary forces at work within Wholeness (All that IS/Oneness). The relationship between the two, is the fundamental driving force of the diversity and inclusiveness of Wholeness. Quintessentially, they can be characterised as the force of unity and the force of separation. These forces work at every level of Wholeness.

Because we live in Wholeness, which is essentially a holographic Kosmos, whatever exists at the larger levels, also exists at the lower levels. The whole personifies each part, and each part personifies the Whole. Our own individuality is actually an expression of separation. In fact, all the so-called objects that we encounter, are also personifications of the force to diversify and to divide.

This force works in a spectrum, which is dependent upon the level of consciousness in each individual – the higher the LOC, the greater the propensity for Wholeness, the lower the LOC, the greater the tendency towards separation. Each of us has a susceptibility to separation, especially when we are assailed by grief, trauma, loss, fear and doubt.

In the last age, which has just ended, the predilection of Humanity, has been towards, separation. This has resulted in the rise on Earth of the Dark Cabal and its insidious plan to maintain its safety, by bending its malice towards enslaving mankind. However, its time is nearly over, as the populous at large is waking up to Wholeness. The new Age of Aquarius which has just arisen, signifies a change and new LOC’s are being attained by an increasing percentage of people. The Golden Age of unity, expansion, mutual compassion and global collaboration is upon us.

The Cabal just represents a stage of Human development, which arises out of the distorted Force of Darkness, acting in its most extreme, virulent and toxic form. To realise our Wholeness, it is incumbent upon us to accept it as part of our personal and collective psyche. We cannot exclude it, for it is a part of us, which must be held in compassion and loved into Wholeness, thereby consciously engaging this force of evolution.
